Even if you don’t see a property currently available that suits your requirements, fill out your details on our contact form and we will keep you on record ready to contact you as and when we do get something suitable.

Fellows Lettings understand people are busy and work different hours so we maintain a flexible approach to fit in viewings to suit you rather than just when it is convenient for us.

All viewings are accompanied by a member of staff who is able to assist you with any questions you may have about the property or the tenancy process.

In order to reserve a property, you will then need to complete an application form and provide us with ID. We will process your application by completing credit and reference checks. At this point, the property is reserved for you and we will not carry out any more viewings whilst we await the outcome of these checks

                         2. Credit and reference checks carried out
3. Necessary paperwork prepared and checked through with you.
4. Deposit and first months rent paid to us
5. Exchange of contracts and move in carried out with you at the property

Please note that all payments must be cleared funds before we are able to proceed with the move in.

If you are unsure of your credit history or know that you have bad credit, bankruptcy or CCJ’s, please be honest and upfront with Fellows Lettings about this from the start and we can look at finding a way to work around it
